By accessing or using Serpansis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Serpansis provides real-time Twitter/X analytics, including:

• Monitoring of public Twitter/X accounts and their engagement metrics
• Notification delivery via Telegram and Discord
• Dashboard for viewing analytics and trends

The Service is currently in Alpha and is provided free of charge. Features and availability may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape or bulk-download data from the Service
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service beyond normal usage
• Violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service through your use of Serpansis

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary to provide the Service and do not sell your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate or delayed Twitter/X data
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Actions taken based on analytics provided

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
